Q: What stage sizes can I hire?
Our panels are 2m x 1m so we can build almost any configuration. The most requested sizes are 3m x 2m, 4m x 2m, and 6m x 2m. We can go up to 12m x 4m or larger for conferences and festivals. Tell us your space and audience size and we'll recommend the right stage.
Q: What heights are available?
We offer 40cm and 60cm stage heights. 40cm is the most popular — it gives a nice lift without needing steps and works well for most events. 60cm provides better sightlines for larger audiences and includes a step for access.
Q: Do you deliver and set up the stage?
Yes — all stages must be set up and packed down by our trained staff. This is included in your quote. We deliver, install, and collect across the Perth metro area. Setup is typically same-day or the day before your event.
Q: Can I pick up the stage from your warehouse?
No. Due to the specialised nature of the equipment and safety requirements, all stages must be set up by our team. We offer competitive delivery and setup pricing across the Perth metro area.
Q: Is skirting included?
Yes — black skirting on all visible sides is included as standard with every stage hire. This gives a clean, professional finish and hides the legs and understructure.
Q: Can I add steps to the stage?
Yes. Steps are available and recommended for 60cm stages. We can also add them to 40cm stages if needed — for example, when elderly guests or young children will be using the stage.
Q: Can the stage be used outdoors?
Yes. Our stages work on grass, concrete, paving, and compacted sand. We'll ask for a photo of the site if we haven't been there before, and in some cases we'll do a site visit. We won't set up on very uneven or steeply inclined surfaces for safety reasons.
Q: What events is stage hire suitable for?
Our stages are used for a wide range of events including wedding bands and ceremonies, corporate presentations and conferences, football and sports club awards nights, school balls and performances, university events, church services, community festivals, and music nights.
Q: How much does it cost to hire a stage?
