Dance Floor & TV Setup – Fairest & Best Awards Night

The Event

The Swan Districts Football Club hosted their 2025 Metro Central Fairest & Best Awards at the Presidents Suite in Bassendean — an annual highlight for the club, recognising the season's standout players. The venue overlooks Steel Blue Oval, providing a great backdrop for the evening.

What We Supplied

• Black Dance Floor (5 x 5 Panels) — A sleek black dance floor positioned as the central feature of the room, creating a defined presentation and awards area in front of the stage backdrop.
• 75" TV on Mobile Stand — Used as the main display for the awards presentation, showing team photos, player highlights, and award announcements throughout the evening. The large screen ensured clear visibility from every table.
• Folding Round Tables (5ft) — Arranged for seated dining, giving attendees a comfortable setting for the awards dinner with enough space for the full club contingent.

The Setup

The dance floor was laid as the focal point of the room, with the club's banner and trophy display positioned behind it. The 75" TV on its mobile stand was placed to the side for maximum visibility, while round tables were arranged throughout the function room for the seated dinner service. The combination of the black dance floor against the venue's existing décor created a polished, event-ready look without needing extensive styling.
