A Perth business needed a professional training seminar setup in a retail showroom space — not a traditional conference venue. The challenge was transforming an open commercial space into a polished presentation environment with theatre-style seating, multi-screen displays, and clear audio for a full-day seminar.

What We Supplied

Black Americana Chairs — Arranged in theatre-style rows with reserved seat cards, providing a sleek, professional look that complemented the modern showroom setting.
Dual 75" TVs on Mobile Stands — Positioned either side of the stage to ensure every attendee had a clear view of the presentation slides, with both screens mirrored for seamless display.
Large Projection Screen — A wide-format screen at the rear of the stage provided the main visual focal point for the audience.
Stage with Skirting — A raised platform with black skirting gave the presenter a commanding presence and ensured sightlines across the seated rows.
Bluetooth Speaker Package — PA speakers on tripod stands delivered clear audio throughout the space, covering both the presentation and background music during breaks.
Wireless Microphones — Gave the presenter freedom to move across the stage and engage with the audience naturally.

Full Setup & Onsite Support

This wasn't a drop-and-go delivery. Our team handled the complete installation — positioning screens, running cables, configuring the multi-display setup, sound-checking the PA system, and ensuring everything was presentation-ready before the first attendee arrived. An onsite AV technician remained for the duration of the event to manage any adjustments and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

Stage Hire

Our stage panels come in a 2m x 1m size with height options of 40cm or 60cm. Black skirting included on all visible sides. All stages are set up and packed down by our experienced staff for safety.
